FALL PROTECTION PROGRAM - TRAIN THE TRAINER

These Train The Trainer Courses are aligned with OSHA requirements for different industries and cover OSHA classroom training requirements. Each course contains modules on laws and regulations, equipment and anatomy, maintenance and inspections, safe operations and stability, hazards and controls, and more. These courses include practical quizzes at the end of each module to prepare you for the final written exam included in the course. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, you will receive your certificate of completion. The practical assessment is mandatory for this course, and we recommend completing it under the supervision of your instructor to ensure your mastery of the safety training topics.

FALL PROTECTION TRAIN THE TRAINER

This Fall Protection Train-the-Trainer course covers the OSHA Construction Standard and provides an overview of fall protection methods. Course modules cover the principles of fall protection, the components and limitations of fall protection systems, and OSHA standards and policies regarding fall protection. The use of the hierarchy of risk controls in fall prevention and protection practices from working at height will also be analyzed. Course attendees will participate in exercises demonstrating the inspection and use of fall protection equipment, various engineering controls for fall protection, training requirements a sample safety system and protection program. Upon completion of the Fall Protection Train-the-Trainer course, participants will be given an evaluation exam.

SCAFFOLD TRAIN THE TRAINER

This scaffold Train-the-Trainer course covers the requirements for the safe construction and use of scaffolds, using OSHA's construction scaffold standards as a guide. Course modules include the hazards associated with scaffold design, erection, disassembly, and use; scaffold types, capacity determination, employee qualifications and training; and maintenance, repair, and inspection requirements. The hierarchy of hazard controls for the use of scaffolds as work-at-height platforms is also addressed. Course attendees will participate in exercises to reinforce technical and practical concepts in the safe use of scaffolds. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to identify scaffold types and their components, determine safe erection, use, and disassembly, and recognize common OSHA violations. An exam will be administered as a final course evaluation.

CRANE AND RIGGING PROGRAM - TRAIN THE TRAINER

OVERHEAD CRANE PROGRAM - TRAIN THE TRAINER

The Train the Trainer Program for overhead crane operators must meet legal, regulatory, and operating procedure requirements. This program is intended for Train the Trainer and what they need to know to instruct overhead crane operators in safe practices. Since most overhead cranes are operated from the ground and their work includes handling the load, we rely heavily on practices for handling loads with rigging. This program is easy to facilitate and will make learning very enjoyable for your students.

    Trainers will learn how to perform classroom instruction for the following areas:
    • Module 1: Preparing the Trainer
    • Module 2: Risk Management (Overhead Crane)
    • Module 3: Safety Standards and Regulations
    • Module 4: Know the parts and components (Overhead Crane)
    • Module 5: Rigging Practices (Overhead Crane)
    • Module 6: Operating Practices (Overhead Crane)
    NOTE: Students must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, hard hats, safety glasses, appropriate footwear, etc.

RIGGING AND HARDWARE PROGRAM - TRAIN THE TRAINER

A "Rigging and Hardware Program - Train the Trainer" is a specific course considered teamwork with the skills and knowledge to train others in safe rigging practices and standard operation procedures (SOP). It covers topics like rigging hardware inspection, load calculations, safety standards, and hands-on training techniques and safety operations.

    Trainers will learn how to perform classroom instruction for the following areas:
    • Module 1: Rigging Hardware Inspection
    • Module 2: Load Calculations
    • Module 3: Safety Standards and Regulations
    • Module 4: Tagline Use and Procedures
    • Module 5: Hand Signals and Communication
    • Module 6: Training Methodology and Techniques
    NOTE: Students must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, hard hats, safety glasses, appropriate footwear, etc.
